The Charleston Community Band
Folks,
Here is some information and directions to our next concert at Hibben United Methodist Church Fall Festival:
For those who can assist Dave in loading the equipment, please meet at the Citadel band room at 10 AM.
Call time is 11 AM. Concert begins at 12 Noon and ends 1 PM. Cold water will be provided.
Dress is CCB white polo shirt and khaki pants. For those new members who were unable to secure a shirt, please wear a white polo shirt. I suggest hats and sunglasses. We will be outside.
This is an outside party with vendors, jump castle, lots of pumpkins, and games for the children. There is no cost for admission.
So bring your children as I am certain they will have lots of fun. The Festival is from 10-5 PM.
Directions:
Coming from the Ravenel Bridge…
Bear right off the bridge onto Coleman Blvd. Count 8 lights and take a left at the Oops building(across from the new Moultrie Middle School-under construction). A huge amount of pumpkins will be in the front lawn of this church—you can’t miss them. Swing around the Oops and to your left. Park along the road or where ever you find a spot. We will be situated in front of the church entrance where the parking lot is.
Coming from 526…
Take 526 to the end where it merges onto Chuck Dawley Blvd. Go to the end (1 mile) and bear right onto Coleman Blvd. Be careful here as this is a busy merge. Go to the 1st light and take a right and circle around to your left. A bike shop(on left) and Oops building is on right. If you go past a bunch of pumpkins on the front lawn of a church ( Hibben United) you have gone too far. Park along the road or where ever you find a spot. We will be situated in front of the church entrance where the parking lot is.
